New Jersey Homeschool Freedom Association
New Jersey Homeschool Freedom Association is a non-partisan unincorporated private membership association the members of which associate under the 1st and 14th amendments for the purpose of grassroots advocacy and the protection of home education, parental rights and family privacy in the state of New Jersey.

Mission:
Our mission is to preserve and maintain the constitutionally-recognized right to direct the care, upbringing, and education of our children, including the liberty to homeschool and all other rights exercised as part of homeschooling, with full separation of home and state.

Membership:
Membership is free of charge. We honor and respect every family's unique needs and choices in home education. We welcome all genuine and current New Jersey homeschoolers of all walks of life, regardless of faith, secular, political affiliation, reason to homeschool or how they choose to homeschool, who share our mission to preserve parents as the sole authority of their children's educational choices, as their God-given and constitutionally protected birth right.

Advocacy:
We help organize, educate and empower our members to advocate for their families in the best interest of their children via authentic grassroots efforts and tools such as meetings, educational materials, research support, legislative alerts, updates and calls to action, as well as lobby days and political engagement.

Partners and Allies:
We work hand in hand with like-minded leaders and organizations that share our passion to preserve parental rights and keep the integrity of homeschooling via preventing government overreach. We take opportunities to educate the general public and legislators on the benefits and superiority of parent-led home education and establish why it must remain free of intervention and overreach.
