On Monday, December 20, 2021, a diverse and growing number of New Jersey freedom groups are coming together for the UNITED WE STAND Freedom Rally in Trenton in support of the God-given, unalienable rights that are protected by the Constitution.

In an “unprecedented overreach by a state agency”, the New Jersey Joint Management Commission has implemented a resolution requiring all individuals entering the State House or Annex to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours. On Thursday, December 2, a number of Republican Assembly members defied these unlawful orders by refusing to “show their papers” prior to entering the Assembly chambers for a voting session. A number of Republicans from both the Assembly and the Senate have filed a lawsuit to block the new policy.

After nearly two years of enduring oppressive and unconstitutional measures the people of New Jersey are called to stand together in solidarity to uphold the Constitution.

Constituents are invited to bring their voices and handheld signs with messages of thanks to the representatives who have opposed these unlawful measures and to remind others of the Constitution they were elected to uphold. This peaceful demonstration will occur between 11am and 1pm in front of the State House Annex at 145 W. State Street in Trenton. Organizers of this gathering condemn ALL forms of violence and ask participants to treat security and law enforcement with respect.

New Jersey cannot allow unalienable rights to be violated only to be redistributed to We the People upon compliance to tyrannical laws. It is time to end the unconstitutional and unlawful mandates imposed by government entities and work to restore and preserve our God-given freedom: freedom of speech, freedom to assemble, freedom to practice religion, parental rights and bodily autonomy. All of these liberties are secured and protected by our State Constitution and US Constitution, which is the supreme law of the Land.

Requiring an experimental injection that cannot stop infection or transmission is not a public health solution, but rather another step towards totalitarianism. The people of New Jersey have been calling on Governor Murphy throughout the pandemic to produce the science to support his unconstitutional policies. The Emperor has no Science and the people of New Jersey are saying enough. The UNITED WE STAND Freedom Rally calls on New Jersey legislators and health officials to apply science and common sense public health policy that adhere with both the State and U.S. Constitutions.
